Practice for Antarctica

I’m heading to Antarctica next week so it’s time I started testing some of my gear. The real challenge is trying to keep your hands warm while operating the 100+ button combinations while baby penguins frolic around as you lose feeling in your finger tips.

As any Canadian will tell you the trick is layers. I’m wearing 2 gloves – a snowboarding glove and some kind of wool mashup underneath. So I took a few snaps in Ottawa to test the gear and it works a treat.
